1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Our Site provides the world's biggest catalytic converter base, prices and complete characteristics of the catalysts.
The following terms and definitions apply in this document:
Account profile is defined as the private account of every User that has access with a private and confidential username and password.
Good is defined as a catalytic converter provided on the Site.
Service is defined as goods price and depends on its precious metals weight and the day's stock market price.
Plan: Plan allows you to access the Services on the Site. After opening the Service, using the Plan, the goods price is available for 7 days and updated once a day according to the changes in the metal prices.
SINGLE is a Plan, that offers access to the 5 goods prices and doesn't have an expiration date.
BASIC is a monthly subscription, that offers access to the 100 goods prices. It is renewed automatically every 30 days until cancelled.
ADVANCED is a monthly subscription, that offers access to the 500 goods prices. It is renewed automatically every 30 days until cancelled.
PREMIUM is a monthly subscription, that offers access to the 1000 goods prices. It is renewed automatically every 30 days until cancelled.
If you subscribed on the website, you can cancel your Plan on the Site directly in your Account Profile (on the Billing info tab). Opposite your Active Plan, click on Cancel Plan, and then confirm the cancellation.
If you subscribed through the App Store mobile application, you can Cancel your Plan in the device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
If you subscribed through the Google Play mobile application, you can Cancel your Plan in the Google Play app > Subscriptions.
3.1. Users have the right to access, update, correct or delete their personal information that we store on our systems. If the user wish to exercise any of these rights, he must contact us at email@example.com
3.2. During using the Site, the User engages himself/herself to:
- Respect laws and regulations in force.
- Not to share your Account profile details with any third parties.
- Not to harm the Services or the Site.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
- Refrain from any activity that may infringe, disrupt or delay services to the other users.
- Not to sell, rent, share or transfer your access to our Site.
We reserve the right to terminate or withdraw access to any Account profile that does not comply with these rules without your prior notice.

6. REFUND POLICY

If you would like to request a refund, contact us at email@example.com or you can contact CommereGate Billing Support.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your Plan must be unused and be in the same condition that you purchase it (no one Service must not be opened by this Plan).
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- No more than 14 days have passed since the payment has been made. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
7. DELIVERY POLICY
The Service is provided immediately after payment, giving access to the goods price of the web. The Service is distributed exclusively through the web.
